1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 71jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 71jl website located at https://71jl.org, including all associated services, games, and content made available through the Platform.

By creating a 71jl account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through 71jl's services, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the 71jl Platform and close your account.

71jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Use of the 71jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times while maintaining an active account:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, online casino participation is restricted to persons aged 21 and above. 71jl strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity and age verification documents at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 71jl's services is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal disability, under guardianship, or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are prohibited from using the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from 71jl or any PAGCOR-registered gambling operator in the Philippines.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active 71jl account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 71jl services, including the ability to place bets and process financial transactions, you must register for a 71jl account. The following terms apply to your registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify 71jl immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of account security.
• 71jl reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in temporary account restrictions.
• Account registration by residents of countries where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden. 71jl reserves the right to close accounts registered from prohibited jurisdictions without notice.

Account credentials — including your password — must not be shared with any third party. 71jl support staff will never request your password via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to 71jl immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 71jl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 71jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Accepted methods are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Stated processing times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Own Accounts Only: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• AML Compliance: 71jl is required to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Large or unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or reporting obligations. 71jl will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine government authorities in any AML investigation.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 71jl does not currently accept bets placed in foreign currencies.

5 Betting Rules and Game Terms

The following general rules apply to all betting and wagering activity conducted through the 71jl Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 71jl does not accept cancellations or modifications to placed bets except in cases of verifiable technical error attributable to the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, 71jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Limits may vary by game type, table, and player account tier.
• Winnings from bets are credited to your 71jl account balance immediately upon settlement. Settlement times may vary for live dealer and sports betting events.
• 71jl reserves the right to withhold payment of, or reclaim, any winnings reasonably believed to have been obtained through fraudulent means, system exploitation, or in violation of these Terms.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical result of the dealing, spinning, or rolling action broadcast from the live studio. 71jl does not manipulate game outcomes.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Terms

71jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account upon satisfaction of applicable eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, promo codes, or account verification status.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of their withdrawal terms.
• 71jl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if abuse of the bonus system is suspected, including but not limited to: collusion, use of automated betting systems, or exploiting game imbalances.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 71jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts)
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to circumvent normal game mechanics
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform's software to obtain credits or benefits not intended by 71jl
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activities
• Providing false personal information at registration or during verification
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Allowing or facilitating use of your account by another person, including minors

8 Responsible Gaming

71jl is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following tools and measures to support player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: In-session notifications alert players after a configured period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting 71jl support. Self-excluded players will not receive promotional communications and will be blocked from accessing gambling services on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up reminders showing session duration and net loss/gain.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 71jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, interface design, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of 71jl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 71jl Platform without prior written consent from 71jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 71jl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill
• Interruptions to service caused by factors beyond 71jl's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, or government action
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality
• Any third-party game provider's software errors or malfunctions, beyond 71jl's direct control

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 71jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 71jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to first contact 71jl's customer support team to seek resolution. 71jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its regulatory complaint procedures.

12 Amendments to These Terms

71jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Changes take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Continued use of the 71jl Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
